This petition must be turned in to a Maryland court judge in order to make a plea to deny leniency to Donna Lynn White. White, along with her boyfriend, was convicted in the 1986 beating death of 4 year old Brandy Lynn White. She was sentenced to life plus 15 years. She has been granted a sentence review and will appear before a panel of three judges in a Maryland court on December 5, 2003. Family, friends and neighbors are petitioning the court to deny her leniency.
