  • William Edward Bolton I believe it is a fair statement to say that mortality is an uncomfortable thing for most people to contemplate.

It is the choice of the individual as to how he or she will face death when it comes. Spiritual preparation is just as valid as scientific preparation, as life and death are truly very personal, polarizing concepts; no individual's concept of either will be exactly the same.

Regardless of one's beliefs, the Brain Preservation Foundation seeks to give people more choices.

This petition serves the pursuit of happiness, the advancement of technology and the preservation of human cultural complexity. Please give it your consideration.

  • Andreas Kuck I give my signature under the following conditions: Prior to a preservation, the unpossibility of reviving the patient is absolutely shure, (if euthanasia was not previously choosen by the patient) and the patient has, also absolutly shure, choosen plastination and not another technology or procedure, to be applied instead of plastination after the legal death of the patient.
Additional conditions, which come to my mind later, are as valid as the ones listed above.

  • erik hugus I fully support this letter and the need for the science and ethics behind it.
