As you may know, Flats 130's wonderful and always friendly concierge staff--Beverly, Brandon, Lorenzo, Vanessa, and others--is being let go at the end of this month. The rumor is that Bozzuto, the new property management company at Flats, is trying to trim costs and has decided to change its concierge service. The current contract with the Flats 130 staff is up at the end of the month and all our friends working the concierge desk are sadly being let go. Sign this petition to send a message that the Flats 130 Concierge team is a vital and irreplaceable part of the community here.
