I am done… I can no longer be a fan of the Raiders…this is pathetic game after game I watch only to get angry and disappointed. There is talent I don’t care what anyone says…but there are also morons. Morons that play on the team, morons that run the team, morons in the scouting department. There is nothing to be optimistic for as long as this organization keeps the same staff. No, I am not a bandwagon fan I have stuck through the autumn winds of disappointment since 1995. No I do not share in the glory days of Tatum, Long, or any other great player. My glory days are the three years we were worth a shit at all Garner, C. Woodson, Brown, Romo, and Gannon. But even in those years there were losses to the Ravens in the AFC Championship, Patriots in the AFC Divisional Championship, and the Bucs in the Superbowl that is it (an embarrassing loss to boot). Bottom ten: VI Winning Seasons: III Three years of mediocrity: 8-8 Wow, I can’t believe that fans still exist with those numbers. Call me what you want but I refuse to watch a game, buy a ticket, pay for a jersey(be paid to wear a jersey), or mention anything positive on the Raiders until drastic measures are taken in the scouting and owner offices. The Raiders need to get rid of the cancer that is the scouting department and whoever lets these penalties go unpunished. The effort on tackling is putrid and the only reason high profile players come here is to get a big undeserved payday. As I watch arm tackles broken with ease from the opposing offense, the wide receivers have hands of granite. The Raiders need a role model in the locker room someone to offer guidance. A coach that instills discipline, and will not let DUI’s and spraying hoes in the club go untouched. If it were me you would not have had the chance to want to retire Javon your ass would have been looking for a new team. But good ole Al loves the high profile players. I guarantee if Michael Irvin or Deion Sanders came out of retirement he would try and sign them. I am almost positive if the lions had us on their schedule, they would get a win this season. I will cheer, and be a happy Raider fan when the nation is heard and something changes. The optimism year after year needs to turn into results not shortcomings and excuses. I am going to catch heat from this from Raider fans but I am realistic and not living in the fantasy world of high dollar free agents and the fastest man in the draft. The Raiders lack discipline…and a proven leader….and an owner…and a GM…and some scouts…and a coach…and some players with the will to win…and the swagger…some tackling…some hands…an o-line….shit a d-line…
