Mr. Lube - a Canadian automotive repair franchise with over 100 locations - has launched a $250,000 lawsuit against independent auto shop Ms. Lube by Mechanchik.  Mr. Lube alleges that the Ms. Lube by Mechanchik shop is using its name to create a suggestive play on words that is designed to attract customers away from Mr. Lube.

It is our feeling that this lawsuit is an attempt by Mr. Lube to bully an independently owned business by bankrupting them with legal costs.  

Show your support for independent, locally owned businesses by signing this petition, spreading the word, and choosing to give your business to a company that cares about its customers - not launching lawsuits aimed at destroying local business.
