2013년 1월 3일, 블락비는 소속사 스타덤 엔터테인먼트를 상대로 전속계약 효력중지 가처분 신청을 냈습니다. 블락비는 2011년 4월 데뷔 때부터 1년 가까이 정산을 받지 못했으며, 소속사 대표이사 중 한명은 멤버 부모중 한 명에게 홍보 및 제작을 명목으로 7천만원을 받고 잠적했다고 밝혔습니다. 또한 작년 9월 20일 모집한 BBC 정식 1기는 3개월이 지나 배송을 시작했음에도 불량상품을 배송받은 팬이 다수였고, 모집 시 가입 혜택으로 내건 Web Magazine, 창단식 참여 등의 혜택도 제대로 받지 못했습니다. 이에 저희는 불매운동을 진행하고자 합니다. 자세한 사항은

 On January 13th, K-pop group Block B has filed a lawsuit against their agency, Stardom Entertainment to end their exclusive contract. The members said they have not been paid since April 2011 (Almost a year) and Mr. Lee, one of the directors of Stardom Ent, has also disappeared with the 70,000,000 KRW (~65,820 USD) that he collected from the members’ parents to use for promotion and production costs. So that's why we start a boycott.
