    Comments: STOP allowing bots. The games should be fair for everyone. If we can't trust other players to play fair, then Playdom needs to babysit. I am not going to spend my $$$ on a game that promotes cheating, and hacking.

    Comments: PLAYDOM had continually turned a blind eye to the cheaters who have stolen skill points which have made it impossible to play SORORITY LIFE. Skill points are what make a player strong in the game. After years of spending hundreds/thousands of dollars building avies, players are being ignored after turning in hundreds of complaints with player SS and ID's to validate these complaints. PLAYDOM refuses to take action therefore standing by the non-paying cheater and shunning the paying customer. NO CREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONCERN.

    Comments: PD really needs to step up their so called customer service. I've been playing SL for 6 years and in the beginning it was not like this. Now players can pay someone to get hacked skill points. Those players have ruined the game for the honest players.

    Comments: TRINITI takesUdown is no longer playing because of these very reasons. Glitches create unbalanced play and my game suffers because Playdom allows serious Glitch exploiters to be unregulated with their play.

    Comments: I quit playing Sorority life due to the worst customer service I have ever seen in a game. I refuse to play any other playdom games until they can fix the issues in these game and start offering customer service that can compare to Zynga. You might take a look at how they do things if you need a positive role model. Until then Adios Playdom.

    Comments: The playdom customer service is horrible, they respond back with information that is not even what you emailed them about in addition to that they often resolve trouble tickets without resolving the issue and without responding back to you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Comments: I don't like the way Sorority life is taking a turn and making it really hard to even play anymore, due to glitches, oh, and the incessant ads, and you want us to buy brownie points for everything? No way will I ever buy brownie points or boarders, I am thinking of quitting the game, in the past, yes, i have spent lots of money just to keep up or finish an SA, but no more.

BUT AFTER THE CONSTANT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE POOR QUALITY OF GAMES, I DECIDED TO END THE RELATIONSHIP.     Comments: You are a very unbalanced and inconsistent company. You will do special favores for some players but when I didn't get my grand price one time in my cookie and the few times when I some BP's on your gals and didn't receive the glam items and come to you for support, YOU DID NOTHING to help me or refund me. Then I hear of all these players saying how you helped them and gave them all kinds of extra stuff. That's fine, but help us all when something goes wrong. You are a terrible company.

    Comments: I'm not going to continue to play a game where the developers allow hackers to blatantly get away with getting Skill Points, which gives them a huge advantage. They've been reported and are still playing, bragging that they were banned but got their accounts back. Not OK.

    Comments: Oh I most certainly have some issues with Playdom and their extreme unprofessional "customer service." I can assure you that if they don't un-freeze my old account, where I spent plenty of my $$$ on Playdom, so I can return to playing with all of the glam I had collected over years - they will not be seeing any of my money spent on their game.
