The number of people demanding accountability for the treatment of animals at Mysore Zoo is rising steadily. We must sustain this momentum to ensure our concern reaches the appropriate authorities.

This is disgusting and appalling. It is obvious that this is not the first time he has done this and that these poor animals have been victims of an ongoing culture of abuse at your facility. You should be ashamed and shut down.
Just saw the video of the zookeeper beating the baby elephant. Horrible !! Animal abuse is no longer tolerated by civilized countries This must be stopped. If this zoo has a history of abuse why is it still open?? Does the Indian government have no control over that kind of thing?
This treatment of elephants is inexcusable. The elephant enclosure is a disgrace and the calf is injured from being beaten. I've seen the video-this was not a one time incident!!! The caretaker/abuser needs to be fired and the zoo's treatment of animals investigated.
This elephant calf's feet are shackled. It's being beaten with a heavy metal rod. These elephants need to be rescued from this zoo. This video is proof that the elephants are being mistreated.
Elephant are noble and intelligent animal l ,am surprise India have god Ganesh ,same for monkey hanuman in Jaïpur they are nice whit them,If this happen ,this must and has to stop.
Please stop animal abuse.

What I saw in the video of a man beating an elephant is criminal and unexcusable! The man involved should be jailed, not just have someone "talk" to him! This is not acceptable behavior! The elephant could have easily killed his abuser but he didn't! This is shameful subhuman behavior!!!
