Name: William Flatt on Jul 29, 2012Comments: Saw the videos, NEVER knew Hardee's had ANY anti-gun policy! Wow! I've concealed-carry, and I think at least once I went inside open-carry at the local Hardees in my town, in Indiana. Indiana's carry-permit system does NOT limit one's right to bear arms to CCW, it doesn't discriminate between the two. Nonetheless, Indiana is a very pro-gun state and we're the first in the nation to have 'lifetime carry', which means you're not running back to 'massa' big brother to get 'permission' every 4 years. What America needs is a national carry law that extends to all 50 states the 'least restrictive standard' among the 50 states. Since states like Vermont & Alaska have NO permit system whatsoever, that would put an end to carry by government permission whatsoever. With recent events highlighting how crazy people can commit crimes with guns, it behooves us to all be armed at all times. Creating victim disarmament zones only benefits the criminals and the criminally insane. Since so many politicians exhibit criminal tendencies, maybe we should prohibit them from passing ANY laws that restrict our liberties, because only a criminal would knowingly infringe another's rights through force, fraud, or theft.Flag

I have a wallet full of cards that state 'No guns=No money'. Prohibit me, a law-abiding person legally allowed to lawfully carry a firearm on your property, you will get NO business or money from me, as I'll respect your wishes.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Aug 26, 2012Comments: In areas where the wearing of firearms is legal the people at Hardees and all areas where it IS legal had best suck it in and get used to it. Besides, felons won't do that as they don't want to go back to jail. Honest people with guns make your business safer. These people were not creating any trouble. They just ordered food and sat down. Your manager had no call to cause them trouble as was done here. Until that is made right I'll NOT eat at another Hardees even though I really like your fast food. Respectfully, AndyFlag
