Best buy is a company that pride its self as being a company that cares about it customers; employees, as well as the communities in which its serves on a daily basis. However; what the consumers don't know is how Best buy real treat its employees behind the scene. They only care about how much money they can squeeze out of you. There are employees who have lost everything because of Best buy non-caring attitude towards them. The CEO says that the people who wear the blue shirts make the company what it is, but that is a smoke screen that blinds the real truth. Employees are treated like slaves who don't have any rights at all. Employees 95 percent of the time are not allowed to take required lunch breaks, are constantly threaten to perform on levels that can't be reached at times. Best Buy supervisors are above the rules that govern how employees are suppose to conduct themselves. Supervisors constantly break ethical rules without worrying about any repercussion for their actions. Best buy tells its employees that the can report things privately without no one knowing you complain but that's a lie. Managers are told exactly who complained on them. Regular employees can do something wrong and they are written up or fired, but a supervisor can do the same exact thing and they don't even receive a slap on the wrist. There are employees who are afraid to speak up because they are scared they will be fired, because they know that anything they say privately will be made public. Best buy is a very hostile environment to work in that crushes individual spirits constantly. Since Best buy only cares about money and not its employees and even most of its customers, they send a strong message to Best buy boycotting its stores until there is a change on how they treat the bread winners (employees) and a public apology from the CEO and Owners of Best buy. Tell your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, the places you dine at, shop at, beauty salons, barber shops, nail shops, every place you come into contact with people.
