This Driving school is horrible and they still attach students by using false google reviews.

The Instructors are rude, unprofessional and they will me you meet them in ridiculous areas of the city instead of picking you up from your home or work place and drive home. They will also want to use you unnecessarily for extra cash example I once forgot to bring my license as my instructor threatened me with either $30 or you lose an hour of your driving. I paid 560 fucking dollars for the lessons it's ridiculous. Below I have posted reviews from all other upset students who expected the best service and received complete unprofessionalism and shit service instead.

Does not deserve even one star.I would like to briefly explain why my husband and I are lodging a complaint against the driving instructor Clive.Once my husband’s first class with Clive was completed, I went outside to ask Clive how it went and he responded that it was “difficult”. When I asked him what he meant, he said that my husband has to learn the basics and it is taking a lot of time. Although my husband had his driver’s license before, the driving and standards are not the same in our country, so I think we can assume that he is a beginner driver and is starting from scratch. After my husband’s second class with Clive, once they returned home, I again popped my head in to ask Clive how the class went. My husband was still sitting in the driver’s seat at the time. To my big surprise, Clive said (in French) that it is “very difficult to teach my husband, that he does not think, he is like an automate” (like a robot in English), and said that he (Clive) got mad (“ennervé” in French) a few times as he was doing right and left turns for 45 mins, and everything was going well, and then when he brought him on the highway, he does not follow the signage and either drives below the speed limit or above…..I responded that may be because he is assimilating a lot at the same time – new skills, new signage etc. What was most shocking and disappointing to both my husband and myself was that Clive proceeded to say that my husband did many things that were “idiotic” and he repeated the term ‘ like an idiot ‘ at least 3-4 times during the conversation. I won’t get into all of the details here.The real issue is that we paid your school lots of money to obtain professional and courteous driving classes. WE DID NOT PAY YOU TO CALL US IDIOTS. The job of an instructor is to be respectful towards his students (especially when the student has always shown respect towards him or her) and to be patient with the student even if he’s going more slowly than anticipated. Unfortunately, both my husband and I found Clive’s behavior disrespectful, abusive, humiliating and extremely unprofessional. My husband is a very respectful person so although Clive screamed at him throughout both classes and got visibly annoyed at him, he never responded in kind and kept his cool. My husband also tried his best to follow his instructions and improve when he made mistakes. He has only been in Canada for 2 months now and has had to assimilate many new things in a very short period of time. I am worried that Clive’s behavior has perhaps turned off my husband from driving altogether and may make him more nervous behind the wheel. Of course a new driver will make mistakes – that’s why he is at a driving school to learn from the experts so that he can improve his driving skills and learn the driving code. My husband is willing and capable of learning, and I am also willing and able to help him practice in our car.

Clive scared me so much that I stopped driving for 7 months. He was very rude too. I don’t think the “F” word is part of any teaching technique, well unless your instructor is Clive. I scheduled many driving lessons with him, mainly based on good reviews, but my driving lesson was a nightmare. I never drove before I explained it to him at the beginning, he said ok ok , go go we have to go . It was so bad that at the end of that driving lesson I went home and I cried all afternoon. I didn’t think I would ever try to drive again later that evening I canceled all scheduled lessons with him. Recently after talking to my family we schedule one driving lesson last week with another driving instructor ( my friend recommended him) and it went well. We explained my horror situation with Clive and my 3 driving lesson so far (at a different school) were awesome. I don’t understand why he teach driving. Instead of encourage you, he destroys any hope you may have. It looks like he is writing his own reviews to get more customers, since his schedule was always open , yeah that is so weird, his schedule was not busy at all. Now, I know why. I decided to share my unpleasant experience with Clive to help other new drivers make better choices than I did. I told all my friends about him so they don’t have to go through the same. I truly HATE my first driving experience, thanks to this Clive. NO RECOMENDATIONS!!!!!!!

CLIVE SCREW ME UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Clive is the WORST INSTRUCTOR IN OTTAWA !!!!!!!!!I paid this guy my money to help me pass my G test.I was driving in my country for many years, I just need some help to pass.As soon as we start driving He was shouting at me do youwant kill me!!!He pulled the wheels so many times making driving veryscary.He was screaming and yelling making me all nervous. I was thinking why is he so angry?, I felt almost crying .When the examiner came, he told her –“She is not good!!!, she is not good!!!!,Watch my car!!, watch my car!! ” .So that is how he screw me up.He made me so nervous. During the test I was shaking, I felt almost crying.I was thinking why did I pay him all my money. And He SCREW ME UP.He is the worst person ever.I had to take another test again.I paid other instructor and he was nice to me, I took only 2 hours and pass perfect!!!I would NOT recommend him to anybody.

I'm not sure how this school earned its Google rating when it doesn't even respond to emails or voicemails from potential customers. Impressed by the reviews, I tried to contact the company. Two emails and a voicemail were ignored. I'm no longer impressed....
