The reason for this petition is to let bowlers have knowledge on what other bowlers are doing to the 220 average bowlers in the city of Cleveland. They are banning the bowlers of that caliber due to the increasing capability these bowlers success in winnings and reputation of being "the better bowler". In spite of these leagues cancelling membership of the 220 bowlers into their leagues...they are blinded to the fact that certain bowlers of a lower average is obviously bowling scores on the same level as a 220 bowler and taking their money with no problem.
