As soon as we get enough signatures to put a speed bump on the ally way, to stop people from speeding down the ally way on Bowen RD Nanaimo B.C 
We will send it to the city, there's a school right by the ally way and animals near by i just recently lost my dog to someone who was speeding down the ally way and I want to stop the speeding before another animal or a child is lost.
