    Comments: Keeping roads paved and maintained is one of the main functions of our government. I find it reprehensible that Boulder County has chosen to ignore this issue and now wants to pass this responsibility on to homeowners. This is such a lack of fiscal duty. We elect our commissioners to make good judgments of where tax dollars are spent and how they are used. Roads are a main priority or they should be. The fact that this has been ignored is shameful and needs to be reconciled and made right.
