We need to start putting pressure on water bottling plants to start implementing a system which would require the consumer to leave a $0.05 deposit for every bottle purchased. Most bottles just get tossed into the trash bins and stay in Landfills forever.
Imposing a return on bottles also helps generate extra revenue for people who collect them.
Lets save this planet!!!!

Every time I walk the dog I see plastic everywhere. It is a disgrace. People are too lazy to recycle so make them pay for it. Maybe then they will actually care about where their trash ends up.
