The petition is to introduce a BOTTLE BILL (container deposit law) in the state of Ohio. My expectation is to have this amendment on the November ballet(2012). To fulfill this expectation I need 25 signatures from 44 different countries, (other than Cuyahoga County) throughout the state of Ohio. I would have all signatures no later than May 31, 2012. The BOTTLE BILL (container deposit law) is a proven sustainable method of capturing beverage bottles and can for recycling. The refund value of the container ( usually 5 or 10 cents) provides a monetary incentive to return the container for recycling.
