Dear Rush, We understand that you will be leaving the United States of America and all of it's territories because the Health Care reform Law has been passed. We expect you to be on a plane (or boat) by the time the President signs the bill into law. In the interest of being good citizens we'd like to help you pack and get to the boat/and or airplane to make your journey out of the U.S. Let us know how we can help. We'd like to pitch in for snacks or OxyContin but honestly we don't have enough money to cover that. Bon Voayge and don't let the door hot you on your way out.
