Name: Michelle Lowther on Jan 16, 2013Comments: Mr. Ianace's irresponsible behavior is reprehensible. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Next time, and unless he is held accountable for his actions there will likely be a next time, the victims might not be as lucky. To think that he could escape penalty by simply leaving his driving license behind after admitting his guilt... Ridiculous! Why do our laws allow this to take place? I fully support this petition and can only pray that it makes it into the right hands - hands that are willing to take action to right the wrongs done to the homeowners in Lonestar Ranch and to prevent similar "escapes" in the future.Flag

Name: Lauren Guthmann on Jan 16, 2013Comments: I worked hard to earn my car, graduate from college in 3.5 years, I have been taught to do the right thing. . . my car was totaled when this man chose to drink then get behind the wheel and drive 60 mph into the back of it, then he chose to damage my brother's car and three others. What if I had been sitting in it? So, I am choosing to remind him to not drink and drive and if he can't help himself then please get counseling before you kill someone.Flag

Name: Richard Baron on Jan 16, 2013Comments: I live just a few houses from where the accidient occured. The skid marks that I saw at the site of the accident, as well as the damage to the vehicles strongly suggest that the vehicle could have been traveling at a high rate of speed. I strongly suggest that the Frisco PD reinvestigate this accident.Flag

Name: Bob Lyons on Jan 16, 2013Comments: This dude needs to be held accountable for his actions. If nothing else, he needs to pay for the damage he caused. But better yet, he needs to be charged with DWI due to 12 eye witnesses. My advice is stay away from all his business establishments until he come cleans & admits responsibility for this disaster..Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 16, 2013Comments: I know that this man feels terrible for the damage and is truly thankful that no one was injured. He was exhausted from an 18 hour day (believe it or not small restaurants require huge amounts of work) It is disheartening that individuals leap to such conclusions based on partial and biased information. I know for a fact 3 of the the 5 claims have been paid and settled. He is fully insured with USAA. It's only been two weeks, so I'm sure the insurance company will have the other claims paid shortly. Nobody witnessed the accident...they witnessed the damage, as it was two in the morning coming home from work. He offered to take a blood test and a breathalyzer. Boycotting the restaurant will only hurt employees and their business partners families.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 16, 2013Comments: Don't defend this man's actions. He is an adult who chose to drink and then get behind the wheel. The total hours in a day a person works doesn't give them the right to drink and drive. If you own a small business or large buisness you still have to be responsible and not drink and drive. His insurance has covered 2 cars so far.We are not bias because we stood outside and watch him hit 5 cars and said he was sorry for driving after he had been drinking. He left the accident with no regard for what he did. I hate to see how he runs his restaurants ! Besides the police arrest record is public information maybe you should read it.Flag

Name: S. Frenzel on Jan 16, 2013Comments: if this individual can evade the law thru a loophole, then the law needs to be changed. No one is safe around a drunk driver and those drivers should not be protected by any law. It is a complete miracle that no person was injured and there should be no more opportunity for this driver to be a repeat offender. The Neighborhood Watch program should be diligent and enforced in this neighborhood. Keep the pressure on and continue to boycott his businesses.Flag
