On behalf of the HOA Members of Eagle Lake Subdivision Phase 1, we are calling for a recall of a Board Member Vice President Jette Andersen and a nomination for replacement be taken from the floor at this meeting. Section 720.303 (10)(a) of the Florida Statues provides that a member or members of the Homeowners Association Board of Directors may be removed by a vote of the majority of the Association's voting interest. The recall may be without cause. This means that the homeowners seeking the recall do not have to provide a reason for recalling a director. The Members also request to nominate a total of five (5) members to the Board of Directors.
