| 1 | Falana Fray | Award Bob Marley the Order of National Hero.
This is an international calling and appeal to the Jamaican Government to make Robert Nesta Marley the 9th National Hero. |

| 4 | Garvin Gray | Bim! |
| 5 | Ian Forrest | Lets rush to a million signs with this and shame/shock the reactionary awards committee in Jamaica into placing Marley where he has already earned his spot...as an official National hero of Jamaica. |
| 6 | Eion DreadlessRas | I support this without hesitation. Bob Marley has done so much for Jamaica and the human spirit than any other Jamaican has ever done.
One cold, rainy, winter day I jumped into a cab. I was having a bad day. The cab driver, who is African, had a Bob Marley CD playing. During the trip I listened and sang softly to the songs. The cab driver was doing the same. At one point I said out loud, "You can never go wrong with a Bob Marley tune, uh." The cab driver agreed. My gloomy spirit was changed for the rest of the day. Long live the spirit of Bob Marley - National Hero of Jamaica. |
| 7 | Lisa Sam | Bob's philosophy has had an impact on millions of people's live's. He should be a national hero of Jamaica. |

We need a black man to have and honor as our own. This should not have come to all these discussions, there is no need for a vote it should be done and it should be recognized and it should be a law. |

| 38 | Anonymous | It's long overdue, Bob Marley has done more for making Jamaica more recognizable on a global scale than any other Jamiacan besides Marcus Garvey (my personal opinion) |

| 41 | Andrea Bullens | We need to get rid of the politicians in Jamaica - they are not visionaries but a bunch of gold diggers - they recognise the man only after the rest of the world did. After all - the 'Rasta man was the Black heart man who should be feared' is what we were taught as kids and that's not so long ago. As Bunny Wailer said - they use to laugh at them for eating ital food and vegetables - now the world is encouraging the vegetarian lifestyle for good health and longevity - so now - who has the vision? - Give the man what's due to him. After all when I travel to the deep parts of Africa and they ask me where I'm from and I say Jamaica - they don't have a clue - when I say same place as Bob Marley - they all know where......so Fire for politrixers the RASTAMAN. |
| 42 | Rasta | Hail |
| 43 | Almerice Brown | Bob Marley ought to be made a national hero. He is most deserving! His music is timeless. His powerful messages are being sung/recited throughout the world. It is time! |

| 46 | Anonymous | No one has brought as much notoriety to the Island's cause socially, geographically and musically as Bob Marley and the Wailers did. He took Jamaica’s music to a new summit and stamp Jamaican’s voice on it. Look beyond the hair and personal idiosyncrasies. He is someone to look up to, a National Hero for Jamaica. |
| 47 | Arlene Martin | I would greatly appreciate Bob being a National Hero. |
| 48 | Irina | Bob Marley RULES! ONE LOVE! |
