We the undersigned homeowners in good standing constituting 50% +1 of the members entitled to cast ballots as required in Section 1.5 (B) Special Meetings of the By-Laws request that a Special Meeting be called to remove the entire Board of Directors of the Woodlands Condominium Association from their positions and elect new replacements. By-laws are not being followed
