I, Paula R. Jarvis, would like to ask the court to modify the custody of Addie Ann Large, my daughter, to attain joint legal custody between her father, Timothy A. Large and myself. Addie and Tim have grown a close bond as father and daughter, and I feel this is necessary and also the right thing to do for Addie. In the event that something would happen to me, I want Addie to be placed with her father, Timothy A. Large; to raise. I would like to petition the court for such proceedings. This is in the best interests and well being of our child. I pray the court will allow joint custody pending these procedures, with physical custody remaining with myself. Thank you, Your Honor.
