Name: Anonymous on Jul 31, 2007Comments: This is insane--I work in a computer related field and all our equipment will run in vista and if not the vendors are providing downloads free of charge. I will need a new computer in the next year and now my investment will not work--this is unacceptableFlag

Name: Gerrie Rollins on Aug 2, 2007Comments: Even Provocraft is coming out with software for their new version of the Cricut machine that will do what the Create and Cut software can do so Xyron is not the only fish in the ocean where we can spend our hard earned money. Had I known what I know now about Xyron's nonexistant support I would have purchased the Silhoette from QuikcutsFlag

Name: Edie Malin on Aug 3, 2007Comments: I teach wishblade classes and have used it almost daily for 3 years. I have had to learn and deal with issues independently because of the lack of CS from Xyron. I do own the CnC software and that too has been a nightmare to learn and iron out the glitches. If Vista use will be a financial issue then I am DONE. The Klic and Kut is looking better and better!Flag

It appears that we were mislead into buying up the inventory with the company knowing that it would eventually be useless. Please update the software FREE!!!Flag

Name: Jill Krekel on Aug 5, 2007Comments: My Wishblade is 2 years old and has not been used in almost 6 months because I had to upgrade my computer and it came with Vista. Since Xyron chooses to NOT show their loyalty to their customers by either providing a patch at no cost or providing a decent software package for purchase, I must say Thanks Xyron. I will NEVER purchase another Xyron product again.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Aug 5, 2007Comments: I am very upset as there are too many options on the market, that do do much more. I own one of the blue ones that was purchased during the whole old/new software bug fiasco. No one could tell me the truth then as to what I was going to receive when ordered. This actually made me wait to order, and pay a higher cost than most. Not being able to upgrade for free is not right. We are not asking for a new machine here, just the ability to use what we overpaid for.Flag
