Name: Tamara Joyce-Wylie on Jul 28, 2007Comments: Not providing software upgrades to be compatible with current operating systems within such a short time frame is the poorest example of customer service I can think of. Xyron needs to re-think this option and stop trying to milk more money out of loyal customers!Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 28, 2007Comments: Also, I've purchased SEVEN cartridges at $35.00 a piece for the Xyron 900 & THEY ALL DO NOT STICK. What good is adhesive that doesn't STICK I've emailed them & I've been completely IGNORED. Yes, ignored. Not even an apology!!Flag

Name: Brandy Culp on Jul 28, 2007Comments: I think that Xyron should be held responsible for the updated drivers! I have been unable to use my machine and don't think that I should have to fork over more $ just to meet the standards of the operating systems now in use.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 28, 2007Comments: Remember the Win Win scenario. It is still true. If you do the right thing, you will get more great PR about your excellent support. The most impressive PR is word of mouth and you can not put any price on it. Eventually people will want the newer machines and you will have future profits then. Think Long Term Happy Shareholders. :)Flag

Name: Amy Pruden on Jul 28, 2007Comments: Can't use my favorite scrapbooking machine now because my old laptop with the wb software died and I had to purchase a new laptop with Vista. Get with the program Xyron and give your customers what they need to operate their machines they so graciously bought from you.Flag

Name: Rosie Singalewitch on Jul 28, 2007Comments: Just bought my blue Wishblade last spring and now I cannot upgrade to a new computer because it will not work with Vista. If computer companies can offer a free patch to fix compatibility problems, Xyron should too.Flag

Name: Sandi Jenkins on Jul 28, 2007Comments: Last Christmas my husband gave me the blue wishblade and later a laptop so that I could work on it at my craft center. Of course, the WB won't work with Vista. SHAME on you for not supporting your products!Flag

Name: Shelly Cyrus on Jul 28, 2007Comments: I am very angry as I was one of the people who was sold a wishblade on December 12, 2006. Just weeks later the new version was released and now is the only version being fully supported. This is criminal.Flag

Name: Penny McEntee on Jul 28, 2007Comments: My machine was purchased new in December 2006 from an I Remember When rep. I have a brand new computer with Vista operating system. My Wishblade has literally NEVER been used. I feel like I have been scammed and now have a $450 paper weight! Unless this problem is handled with no additional cost to me, I will never buy Xyron products again.Flag

Name: Deanna Staley on Jul 28, 2007Comments: I don't own a wishblade. I own a craftrobo, and I'm so happy I picked that machine over the wishblade. I DO however, have lots of other xyron products, and I probably won't buy anything else from this company because of this fiasco.Flag

Name: Kathy Corbett on Jul 29, 2007Comments: Xyron, please do the right thing and publish free, downloadable drivers for the blue Wishblade for users of Windows Vista. Believe me, if my Wishblade becomes unusable because I cannot get free upgrade drivers, I will not replace my machine with another Xyron product. I will also stop buying refill cartridges for my Xyron 150 and 510. I will have to find another way to adhere my things.Flag

My machine died, and I bought a new machine...now I cannot even use my "New" pick wishblade, I used it only once and it is collecting dust. Xyron needs to get with it fast, or this is the last product I buy from them, including adhesive!!!Flag
