We are Xyron customers. We own a Xyron Wishblade and several Xyron adhesive machines. Our Xyron Wishblades have provided us with a creative outlet and the opportunity to create a legacy for our families, something we are very passionate about. We are very disturbed by recent press releases by Xyron in regards to supporting the blue-cover Xyron Wishblades on the Microsoft Vista operating system: The Wishblade 2.41 software that currently powers blue Wishblades will not be upgraded to Vista as Xyron\'s vendor has elected not to support this version of the machine. Xyron is making every effort going forward to provide a version of Create and Cut software that will allow blue Wishblade owners to operate in Vista. In addition, this software will provide additional capabilities such as word welding, instant shadows and more! As computer users who were recently forced to purchase new computers that were only available with the Vista operating system we are very upset! At the time that we purchased our Wishblades it cost $500 and we were able to justify the expense because it was an \"investment\" in our crafting future. We would be able to use our Wishblades without modification for years to come. Many blue-cover Wishblade users purchased their Wishblade only weeks before the Vista operating system was made available to the public and are now appalled that they cannot use their machines and further outraged that Xyron is not willing to help them unless they pay them to. This is very deceitful to the people who purchase your products! Is the Wishblade not a product you consider worthy of supporting in the manner many companies support their products A personal computer is required to use your Wishblade machine yet your company will not provide cost free updates (the \'norm\' in the IT industry) to your product to allow it to work on current personal computers. You want us to purchase your \"Create and Cut\"
