Name: Tobin Pinks on Oct 28, 2007Comments: i am interested in this subject matter intensely,, i am a dog enthusiast and animal enthusiast in general,, i think this owner rights have been violated as well as the dogs,, this is not a fighting breed dog and from all i know has never bitten anyone,, there must be some alternative, maybe if outdoors a nylon muzzle could be required,, or on leash,, but not just cause someone is afraid of big pretty white teeth, this matter need more scrutiny by officials and see if this dog warden is following correct procedures and if as i am told he tazed this dog 2 times for no good reason his job should be taken away and given t a properly trained personFlag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 28, 2007Comments: I am a dog owner myself and I believe the Dog Warden should be put in place because this also cruelity to the animal mentioned above. Because I do know this personally and she isnt the owner her son is since 2004 and she never bothered me she is baby and she had pups and everydog is protected of her pups but soon she was weaned she wanted the attention more than her pups. But I believe her son should be the one in trouble for this dog if the Dog Warden says what it is. But I can tell you this she isnt a PitBull She has numerous things in her it is Sharpei, Lab and Chow in her and the Dog Warden better take a good look at her better and more training on dogs.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 28, 2007Comments: I am letting you Ilive in Allen County also and I believe the Dog Warden is to young to be one and they have numerous of turn-overs for some reason. 1 was accused of selling insurance for dogs and he was fraud. 2. also there is also another one that was shooting dogs for no reason and under investigation I believe dogs have the rights like humans do. But if dog supposely bit someone then I can see it by stunning them but she didnt it should be set-free. I believe the dog warden don't know what a ficious dog is till he is bitten and he doesnt have the right to even pull them of the premises where there are chased thats trespassing. So hopefully all of you out there is a dog lover PLEASE HELP THIS YOUNG LADY STOP ALLEN COUNTY DOG WARDEN OF LIMA OHIO I AM BEHIND HER 100% how they treat dog..Flag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 28, 2007Comments: That dog belongs to my newphew and he has had her since 2004 and my sister isnt the owner of her. We had her checked by people that knows what kind of breed she is and she isnt Pit Bull I am a Officer of the Law and She has Sharpei, Chow and Lab in her. There is no Pit Bull in her. The Dog Warden needs to get there facts together and know there breeds better. Unless she turned on them for any reason and tried to bite one of them. Yes I can see stunn them but if they were caught in a backyard of someone elses backyard they have no right to go in backyard to retrieve the dog that is Trespassing and I do work for LPD and they can be charged also for numerous of reasons.Flag

Name: David on Oct 28, 2007Comments: I am a dog warden from Florida and I saw this young lady posted a petiton about a dog being a pit and i even seen this dog on her myspace profile of photos and I am sorry to say this dog doesnt have any pit in because it has some shepard, chow, sharpei like it was stated. I don't know where your Dog Warden get there information and where they learn about dogs but I am telling you this dog is no Pit Bull...and I am a Dog Lover and I wouldnt be if I didnt love dogs and we usually give the family a chance to get out of the pound or have it adopt by another family to take care not putting them down. They have no right stunning no animal that is the reason any animal would turn on a individual. GOOD LUCK SWEETHEART...and hope this petition will benefit for you. Your DOG WARDENS NEEDS TO BE FIRED..Flag

Name: JAMES on Oct 28, 2007Comments: I am letting you know I have member that is a Dog Warden in South Carolina and saw a picture on this woman page, bullentin and blog on myspace . and I am telling you I have raised them for many years and I am sorry to say that is no Pit Bull in which your Dog Warden is claiming it is. Well there wrong because it has a mixture of things such has Shepard, Lab, Chow and Sharpei and tell your Dog Warden to Check it Tongue of the color Purple is Sharpei and Black Spots is chow. Who gives them to mistreat a Dog like its a criminal and I believe dogs have justice and the owner of the Dog there is no reason to chase them because wherever they found on another persons property they can get into trouble for Trespassing on that Property.. Sweetheart see if the Dog Warden can give you address where they located it because then you can talk to the owner s of the Property and have them file a lawsuit against the Dog Warden...Best of Luck to You. You dont deserve No Punishment and either does the dog...Justice should be served to the ones that stunned this dog and punishment should go out to them.Flag

THEY DON'T NEED NO YOUNG ONES IN THERE AND I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCARED OF THE DOGS THEY COME ACROSS ALSO. SO I WILL SAVE A DOGS LIFE NO MATTER WHAT KIND DOG IT IS. Dogs are naturally territorial and will bark at strangers invading their space. Many people have dogs for the purpose of protecting themselves and their property. There is a simple solution to avoid being barked at and even bitten by someones dog... Stay the hell out of their yard!!!! Being a public official does not give you the right to tresspass. Ladies and gentlemen, officials like this are why we must exercise our rights. This man is corrupt and abuses his authority. Exercise your right speak, and your right to vote. Remove him from office. Your dog may be next!!!Flag
