Comments: I see alot of people with disabled badges who do not seem to need them how can you deprive this little girl and her family of one when it is clear she is in need of one

Comments: I really hope this can be sorted. What else do people have to do to prove their children are classed as disabled. Even if it is for a short period of time. Everyone has rights and shouldnt have to prove this when its pretty clear.

Comments: The current law needs to be changed so that this does not happen again. Mia is basically stuck in the house because her parents cannot be guaranteed a parking space. She has rights as much as any adult.

Comments: im up for this to, as i have a 2 1/2 and a 4 year old with special needs, and have been turned down for a blue permit also. i think they need to get there finger out, and stop the time wasters getting the badges, and let us parents with the special needs children have some benifit from them.

Comments: Surely every child with special needs should be treated equally regardless of their age. This is obviously a genuine case. In this day and age it is beyond belief that people have to beg for what they should be entitled to.

Comments: I would just like to say that getting a baby in and out of a car is hard enough as it is in a normal parking space ,especially when members of the public do not park their cars properly ,so it must be quite difficult for Helen to get Mia in and out without further risk of injury taking place. And why does the disabled person have to be over 2 yrs old, regardless of age ,anybody that is disabled is going to struggle with getting in and out of cars.Even more so when it involves the help of another person to get the disabled person out.
