110 countries around the world recognize the right to live in a healty environment- Canada is not one of these countries. The Blue Dot Movement was started in order to help change this. Blue Dot was created by the David Suzuki Foundation. The movement aims to raise environemntal awarness across the country. Blue Dot is a 'grass-roots initative' meaning that citizens from across the country are responsible for starting/managing their own Blue Dot Movements in their respected cities.
