Name: Anonymous on Nov 5, 2007Comments: I am only posting as anonymous so that I don't receive similar treatment. I have suffered similar harassment in my early days and was branded a whiner when I complained on the forums. I now only really play ideas but that is also becoming a farce so I am inclined to think I shall leave the game. It seems that now TPTB have gotten their free server they don't care about the game.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Nov 5, 2007Comments: Decisions without due process and a fair hearing are most likely unjust. PnP and AXA are longtime players that deserve a fair hearing and we deserve to know the purported charges and who is making them. This is starting to sound like the Spanish Inquisition. How is this fair I am a premium member and I am concerned that this has set a new precedence.Flag

Name: AXA on Nov 6, 2007Comments: I do not support this ban or any future bans like it and I would vote that way in the game poll if I could. To strip any player of game ranking and all assets earned fairly and legally in game play without any evidence and some public form of due process is absolutely wrong. To lie and conflate alleged offenses of multiple players together in order to remove them is wrong. To let a clique friendlier with BOD/Admin than most other players conspire with them to engineer this type of extreme injustice is wrong. To gloat after having participated in such a farce is sociopathic.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Nov 6, 2007Comments: I can't support a ban that seems based on the popularity of the players. I also cannot support a ban that drums out two players without presenting clear documentation for each case. If the ban is indeed justified, it should have been able to withstand the scrutiny of the BSEC just like any other case. The cumulative evidence should have been presented as it applied to each player and the heresay sorted out from the hard evidence. As it stands, it does appear that the Administration has been tainted by favoritism. I fail to see why these two players should not be given the same consideration as any other player. I am a premium player and other than the usual mild newbie "hazing" I have not been harassed.Flag

Name: Mike Odom on Nov 6, 2007Comments: Please note! There is a planned amendment to this petition. All persons signing before my signature have been modified and the amended petition will go into effect as soon as all of the above 14 persons have responded. Those signing the petition beyond this point will be agreeing to the following additions as an amendment: By signing the petition, you are not agreeing that you like these two players or their play style. You are agreeing that the ban was done without justification in facts. You are agreeing that the ban was wrong to be employed without warning. You are agreeing that the players should have been separated in the banning and handled as individuals and not as a group.Flag

Name: William Baird on Nov 7, 2007Comments: I have to say that I am mostly neutral wrt the people banned, but the fact that they were not brought before the BSEC is...disturbing. I am probably going to be leaving the game. I was wavering due to time constraints anyways. This is probably the feather on the scales.Flag

Name: PnP on Nov 8, 2007Comments: I am for the ban, as both AXA and me were harassing sarabear, Saga, EvilPrincess, DMC, etc. as they are very sexy, and MMelville also, she is an expert at making fake blogs. Mr Pilot and Island Dave are eating DrChocolate (in a sexual sense), and the whole game is a kind of orgy. We weren't invited, that is discrimination! This is the humble confession of the real sins and our ambitious goals, to fuck all the women, and win cash enough to hire a gorilla (or Rantz) to fuck all the men in the game; all but one, Eric Kwan, who is so fucked in the head we doesn't neead to be fucked in the ass. Thanks for the ban!Flag

Name: PnP on Nov 8, 2007Comments: Nice ban, it was, in a game full of pornography, with minors playing, with sexual harassment from males and old women, drunkards, drug consumers, and a idiot concept. Jay, as the owner is an asshole, C vanished, Dave sells freebies, his wife sells %&$#", sarabear sells her body for B$, Sage Enterprises grabs kids as "apprentices" in levitation, Datalive Matrixz is selling bad coffee and is a psycho, AdamF is a bot, Jim Wright is the main cheater. Ban again, the game sucks and it has some pedophiles lurking.Flag

Name: Onyx on Nov 8, 2007Comments: Lift the bans. Be fair, don't deny the players hard earned assets. Be honest. Separate AXA's ban and charges from PnP's and present evidence for each player separately. Let the players see the truth for themselves instead of forcing them to accept unsubstantiated claims, hearsay, innuendo and possibly lies. If you can't do these things then you must not have the evidence you claim and must have something foul to hide.Flag

Name: PnP on Jan 11, 2008Comments: A few months after the bans, we see there wasn't any improvement of the game. We see reindexings taxed, to protect sarabear and her/his gang from loosing in that fiel also... The game is lead by idiots, rural americans and a "parvenu", aka AdamF, a pseudo-police worker in UK. There is no reason to keep attempts to go back to that game: I won't, and forget about e-mailing me about it, or asking for help in other issues: I filtered out most of those players. Let the game end, it's just a listing of dead blogs, and abbusive idiots manipulating the results.Flag
