I hereby make this petition against the black woman(nigga bitch) as well as all women of the nation of Israel. The regulations she is to go by are as follows: 1 - She is not to speak any longer than 1 hour per day(24 hours). If she wishes to speak any longer than that, she is to raise her hand and ask for permission before speaking. 2 - She is NOT allowed to drive. If she is married, she is only allowed to drive if she is driving her husband home if he is unable. 3 - Under NO circumstances is she to talk to a grown man in a threatening manner. If she breaks this rule, she is to expect to be met with equal or higher aggression. 4 - For ALL Israelite women. You are to STAY OFF Youtube comment boards of videos that have anything to do with the Bible. The ONLY circumstance in which you are allowed to comment on said videos is if the video is specifically for WOMEN. 5 - She is NOT to raise her voice at ANY MAN whatsoever. 6 - She is NOT allowed to wear pants of any kind. Does not matter if they are "made-for-women." 7 - She is NOT to look any MAN in the eye. 8 - Unless there is an emergency, she is NOT to speak when there is a gathering of men talking about anything BIBLE related. 9 - Under NO circumstances is she to roll her eyes if her husband asks her to do anything reasonable(be quiet, put on a longer skirt, make something to eat, etc). 10 - ALL Israelite women(especially BLACK women) are to maintain a clean, good smelling vagina at ALL times. You are to follow these regulations at ALL times.
