Under the protections afforded by National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA), this petition requests that the Regional Administrator of HUD and/or EPA review the proposed Workforce Housing Project on Harding Road Blacksburg Virginia to determine if such project may contaminate the regional aquifer through its recharge zone so as to create a significant hazard to public health. In addition it requests that HUD release all Environmental Documents and Facilitate community meeting to explain results of Environmental Impact Statements.
