To construct our cinema we need two changes to the existing zoning proffers on the First & Main property: one to remove the height restriction and one to adjust the traffic restriction on the Kennedy Avenue side of the building.We have worked with the residents of Kennedy Avenue and proposed additional proffers to meet their concerns.

In addition to signing this petition please contact Blacksburg Town Council and the members of the Blacksburg Planning Commission and ask them to support the proposed zoning amendment.
