I have a Car with 5% window tint all around, I know its dangerous but If we can keep control over our car then why should it matter, I mean dang we have to pay taxes and insurance on our own cars? why not be aloud to do what we want with them!!??Flag

Name: Jeff Oliver on Apr 27, 2012State: West VirginiaCountry: United StatesComments: i have the legal limit which is 35% and thats not very dark, i got it mostly because of my son gets blinded by the sun so much. I also got it because i have glasses and the glare from headlights seem to get brighter and brighter every year, i cant see the road when im blinded by the sun or car headlights.Flag

As long as its' a safe running machine, I see no issue.Flag

Name: Tina Dubel on Jan 5, 2013State: West VirginiaCountry: United StatesComments: I recently took my vehicle to get inspected and the gentleman walked around my vehicle came back to office and said he could not inspect it cause the windows we're tinted. He told us that only emergency vehicles and K-9 officers could have window tint. I had my windows tinted because when we travel it cuts down on the sun glare which is blinding to a driver and could be dangerous. I also carry my animals in the vehicle how can you justify that one animal gets better treatment then any other.Flag
