I am a self-employed person who has live in West Virginia all my life. I had my window tinted to 28% last year here in my home town of Beckley. But I am unable to get a sticker on it. So its setting in the garage with a dead sticker. I got window tinting on my vechicle to help to deter thieves and to help protect by eyes from the glare of the sun and to protect the interior.
