| 414 | Martin | I have been actively involved in researching Hopi and Navajo water rights for several college projects, and the environmental and effects on groundwater supplies is appaling. I hope that my interest in restoring cultural heritage instead of strip mining Black Mesa can be made possible by this organization and my signature. |

| 439 | robert spivey jr | it is time to do whats right, not for just now but the generations from now, water is somthing we need to sustain life, it should not be allowed to be desegrated, to be tarnished and made unusable, there are alternatives to coal for heating which do not harm the enviorment, what alternatives do we have when there is no potable drinking water left? do we determine now that yrs from now we become mutant because we did not have the courage to say enough? water is life giving, and in my opinion is endangered because of chemical run offs , pollution, desecration by all of us in one way or another, if we do nothing now we sign off our own future... do somthing to help or let this petition die of lonliness, and thereby our childrens children shall never be. you decide. |

| 444 | Teri Hitt | The pollution of the Hopi and Navajo lands has got to end. This abuse has gone on far to long. Please do what you can to balance out this situation. No amount of money can make up for the pollution they have put into the Hopi and Navajo enviroments, but that is the least that can be done. And moving forward please support them in building a solar power plant, an example of what can be done in a positive direction.
Thanks for your time. |

| 450 | Thomas Young | Purity of the water is purity of life. Pollution of the water thus creates pollution of life and health. We need to decide and act on this as soon as possible. |
