From my limited opportunity to learn about the proposal, the plan shows a dedication and attention to detail that gives confidence in its success and indicates a strong example of the power of communities to develop creative solutions. These efforts should warrant the investment in the future of these communities and give decision-makers confidence in the groups' liklihood of success in implementing their plan. |
