Transform AGO Parkinglot into Public Greenspace

The petition

The fence that stands between Butterfield and Grange Parks stands in the way of what should be an open space that would unite the two parks. Instead the would-be park has been turned into a parking lot for AGO Administration and has been like since the AGO acquired the land in 2003 from the city. This parking lot takes away from the OCAD and downtown areas exterior green space, which is lacking in Toronto's downtown core.
By signing this petition you would be supporting our goal of having the AGO parking lot and fence taken down. The AGO administration have said for years that they would do so and change the space into a park creating one large open space.
When completed this petition will be sent to the AGO Administration, to apply pressure and show that the people of this community are sick of their delays and want to see something done.
