I'm a young well black woman who has been denied work because of my inability to speak spanish. Regardless of my education, experience and background I may never be able to work in a legal office. I graduated with an associate degree in paralegal and haave been denied a position in a higher paying job to a lower paying job. My first language as well as many others whom have been denied jobs is english. I have over 100 college credits which none are of a forgein language. If i decided to move to New Mexico expection to get a job not being able to speek their language I would not be successful. This is america home of the free not home of the compromising.
