Stop thieves selling our bikes on eBay and Gumtree

I am one of those unlucky victims, who's bike has been stolen one too many times.
As I looked into the system of bicycle security in the UK, I found that there's an amazing amount of loop holes for thieves to get away and get rid of the bikes.
I decided to take a stand against bicycle-theft and hopefully with the help of eBay and Gumtree, the two biggest online sites used by these individuals, we can slow down or even stop the reselling.
