We, the undersigned voters and residents, request the City of Albuquerque to transform Silver Ave into the City\'s first \"Bicycle Boulevard\" between Carlisle and University, in order to enhance bicycle use as transportation. The Bicycle Boulevard, designed to give priority to cyclists while allowing motor vehicle traffic, will foster safety and improve bike-automobile-pedestrian integration throughout the Nob Hill and University Area through traffic calming, signage, free-flow traffic, and improved visibility.
