We South African beliebers have been demanding Justin Bieber in South Africa for a very long time now and we need your help! You see, he has been here before, but not to perform...just for a vacation. Whenever he tweets "Here are the 2011 tour dates (link)" then we all get so excited and we click on the link and read through the dates and there's no South Africa...:( i dunno if we're just not 'developed' enough or he's just too scared to come here...we'll the last time i checked South Africa is part of the world! i have had a dream for a very long time to see him performing or even just for him to notice me :( so PLEASE help by signing this petition to get Justin Bieber to South Africa!
