Bring Trader Joe's to Downtown Biddeford!

The petition

We hear Trader Joe's is going to move to a strip-mall near Scarborough where everyone will have to drive to get there. This is backward thinking. We're all about urban infill and moving away from a car-centric society. Common sense tells us that gas isn't going to get cheaper as oil supplies diminish. Cutting back on emissions from cars by being able to WALK to your market makes so much sense. Will you support our petition to try to convince Trader Joe's to repurpose the old Reny's department store in downtown Biddeford? Thank you for your time and attention!
