It began with the suppression of the people's right to freedom of opinion and expression. UN, European governments and Bhutan's development partner countries are requested to kindly assert human rights conditions while wile giving grants to Bhutan. Please urge the Bhutanese government to repatriate the Lhotshampa refugees it has forcibly exiled as a formal measure to suppress the democrattic demand and fortify the monarchy.

   Comments: Bhutan has the reign of terror.The absolute monarcy has institutated the organised rape by the Royal Bhutan Army deployed in the Southern districts since 1990, as a formal measure to hound Lhotshampas from their homes and forcibly exile them. Please urge the Bhutnese government to withdraw its military out of the Southern villages, restore development activities, open schools and hospitals it has forcibly closed down in 1990 and repatriate the Lhotshampa refugee back to their homeland. Please urge Bhutan to respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and humanitarian conventions.
