The only singer who has influenced generations after generations. Even the current remixes are mostly derived from his songs. All new talents today are the result of the seed which is Kishore Kumar. If he does not desrve it, then who will?
Kishor Kumar is well worthy of the highest award as he was not only a multifacted personality but continues to be a part of almost every Indian's life through his songs. I have still to meet a person who is not a fan of Kishor Kumar's songs!
Bharat Ratna for Kishoreda is a must and he is a truly deserving candidate. Singing so many thousand of songs in various Indian languages with versatility, compassion and giving en numbers of good songs which will be remembered from generations to generation.
Kishore da thoroughly deserve the Bharat Ratna... His songs use to inspire my dad's generation... is inspiring my generation... and will keep on inspiring the future generations as well... Kishore da will remain alive in peoples heart till the universe exists.
Sur samrat God gifted Kishore Kumar ji should get Bharat Ratna award immediately.
I strongly recommend that Shri Abhas Kumar Ganguly alias Kishore Kumar of the music world is the most deserving candidate to receive the highest civilian award Bharat Ratna posthumously.

Kishore Kumar was not just a singer. He was a complete entertainer. He had a voice that many singers would envy till date. Many modern singers have copied his style and voice abd have become successful. Kishore ji certainly deserves the Bharat Ratna.
