Let Bobby Finish His Senior Year at FWHS

I am sponsoring this petition. My name is Deborah Maldonado Alain and my son has spent his entire school education in Fairfield, CT. My son and I resided with an extended family member for almost 3 years and unfortunately Jane passed away in April. When I got married in 07 and moved to Bridgeport, CT Bobby decided that he wanted to continue to reside with Jane. I had no problem with Bobby staying with Jane however when she passed Bobby had no choice but to move back home with me. Bobby wants nothing more than to graduate with his class of 09. I had a hearing with the FBOE however they used my words against me and turned it into something it is not. Bobby also suffers from stress related seizures and has a good rapport with the school nurse. Due to so many reason Bobby should be allowed to continue his senior year at FWHS. If Bobby was a freshman, sophmore, and or jr. I would not even ask for him to continue at FWHS but he is a senior. School is difficult for children and we all know this we were once children lets not forget how hard it is to start a new school especially in his senior year. Bobby also works in Fairfield I have offered to even pay a tuition but they keep telling me NO NO NO !!!!! Help everyone please let Bobby continue his senior year FWHS. He is a good student, he is not a trouble maker, he is compassionate did I tell you how he loves baseball and how baseball was and is his passion but due to a shoulder injury he has been unable to play for the last 2 years. His coach who know Bobby's passion for baseball made him Asst. Manager of the team and did I tell you that for the past 2 years Bobby has worked with his coach with baseball camp teaching the younger children about baseball.
