Name: Anonymous on Oct 13, 2009Comments: My GSD goes frantic with fireworks, I have no objection to them being used at organised displays on bonfire night as this was the intention to celebrate the 5th Nov though I fail to see why.Flag

Name: Sharon Miller on Nov 5, 2010Comments: I find it unbelievable that fireworks are still sold freely in shops. Of course fireworks should only be used at organised displays. Why is it taking so long to get this enforced!Flag

Name: Susan Schonegevel on Nov 11, 2010Comments: Selling explosives & letting them off in confined areas seems like madness to me. The strain on the emergency services is quite unnecessary & would be much better if only official, licenced events could take placeFlag

Name: Robert Staveley on Jan 1, 2011Comments: In 2010 fireworks started to go off in early October and continued into 2011, they are now being used for birthdays, christmas, new year and just for the hell of it. I have no objections to fireworks if used responsibly but the costant banging is annoying to me and terrifying for my dogs. Fireworks with bangs should only be available to organised displays, all other fireworks available to the general public should be noisless and of limited power to avoid injuries and unsocial behavior and noiseFlag

Name: Judith Staveley on Jan 1, 2011Comments: As a responsible dog owner I comply with all the rules and regulations regarding fouling etc. For the last two months both my life and that of my dogs has been made unbearable by the irresponsible use of fireworks. I am not opposed to the use of fireworks but their use has increased dramatically recently especially the ones that do nothing but cause a loud explosion annoying me and distressing my dogsFlag
