I know many new mod players are buying new copies of Battlefield 2 just so they can play some of the mods. Helping us expand our mods in this way will draw in a lot of new players who will be attracted by the new player limits, a good percentage of these will have to buy a copy of battlefield 2 to try the mods out. Earlier interviews told of 128 player support for BF2, prior to its release. Even a current map in the released BF2 features a 128 map, albeit not available.
