Also many of the headteachers and trainers are suspected of using NLP techniques to try to control the teachers.Obviously they lost a lot of money on NLP training sessions and are bitter.They are suspected of using these bizarre NLP techniques on new teachers.

Actually many of the teachers seem like they are on medication or something?May be they have to to keep up with the schedule-8 hours straight teaching with short 10mins between.Consider some of the older teachers having been doing that for 10-20 years.It is no surprise.
