Comments: It's pathetic that the city needs to take the few shekels from our pockets and at the same time deter many of us from picking up the books.

Comments: They could have at least given notice so people using the site, such as myself, could have ample time to get the books elsewhere.

Comments: The city should be ashamed of themselves. I applaud every study web site for trying to improve every firemans education. The city should have done these sites them selves in order to make a better fireman. It seems to me that the city is jealous, and vindictice

Comments: Believe it or not, some members of the department are actually into the job and want to better themselves when not at work. It is amazing the the city makes it so difficult to do when a member is not on duty. $225.00 dollars for a full set of books is difficult for many members, not counting the the update service. These books are free if you are at work. Why not allow members access to them when not at work or provide everyone with a free set and updates. Websites like the one I registered allows me access to the books to train and prepare myself for an ever changing job.
