Name: MEG on Jan 30, 2013Comments: Richard Berger has spent more then half of his life prison and is doomed to do so until 2037 for a crime he did not commit. Please release him now. He is most definitely a constructive law abiding citizen that has his place at home with his family that is very supportive of him, and totally crushed over Richard being used as a scape goat to the real criminal today that has continued to get away doing other crimes. Please find JUTICE for Richard and send him home to his family.Flag

Name: Jeff Paul on Jan 30, 2013Comments: David Paul and Richard Lindsay killed siggelow. They also killed James Curts and I'm sure others. Yet these guys are still able to hurt others and have gotten away with it. It just proves when you have money and pad the right pockets you can get away with anything.Flag

Name: Amy McAvoy on Jan 31, 2013Comments: I was married to the man who set Richard Berger up to take the fall for this crime. His name is Richard Lindsay. In 2008 he was arrested and is now serving a small sentence in federal prison. I say small because 18 years is not enough time for a man who spent the majority of his life killing people and raping innocent children. I know Richard Berger did not commit this crime because Richard Lindsay openly bragged that he did it and got away with it, he bragged about this while threatening to take my life and then he in fact did try to kill me in 2008. Please free Richard Berger he has lost enough of his life while the real killer walked free to continue to kill and destroy other people. Also the victims of Richard Lindsay deserve justice along with there families. God Bless them and may they rest in peace.Flag

Name: Sharon Smith on Jan 31, 2013Comments: Richard Berger has been in prison way too long for a crime he didn't commit, but worse than that the 2 men that framed Richard Berger, has had going on 30 years of freedom in which they are not entitled to. Sadly, these men have spent their years of freedom robbing, stealing and bringing harm to others. One of these men (monsters) has continued to kill innocent people and rape little children. (finally imprisoned for some of the rapes and attempted murder) while Richard Berger has sat in a prison cell paying for crimes he didn’t commit. Please free Richard Berger so that he and his family can be reunited. Freeing this innocent man is very small compensation for the years of his life that he has been robbed of, but that is all he asks for.Flag

Name: Don Smith on Feb 1, 2013Comments: As much as we all must have faith in our justice system, It is very disheartening to know that two murderers were able to frame an innocent man and be so skilled in their criminal careers that they are able to fool even our justice system. We must have faith in God that these murderers will be brought to justice one day and Richard Berger will be granted his freedom from wrongful incarceration for the crimes they committed.Flag
